The IRMG will be holding a “virtual” online discussion group meeting on Tuesday the 7^th of July from 1-4pm (UK time). The schedule includes plenary lectures from Stuart Macgregor (Heriot-Watt University) and Carole Duboc (University of Grenobles-Alpes) alongside talks from PhD students and post-doctoral researchers.

Just a quick reminder to IRMG members that the early bird registration deadline for the Faraday Discussion Meeting on mechanistic processes in organometallic chemistry (2nd to 4th September 2019 in York, UK) is coming soon – 15th July 2019. We look forward to welcoming you at the meeting.

In 2020 the IRMG will celebrate its 50th birthday! There is going to be a Special Issue in Dalton Transactions to mark the occasion. Please consider submitting an article for this. The issue is planned for Spring 2020, so there is plenty of time to get some work started.
